The Ultimate Relationship

From Stephen Archer's Tour blog

Spiritual arousal

Following a heartful introduction to Sri Yanchiji by Arohananda Ma, tonight’s public theme was that we generally take the body as a reference point and our consciousness becomes fastened into the flesh, rather than taking life force as the reference point and being free in God. Sri Yanchiji spoke with his characteristic humour and clarity, interacting with the group in an engaging and fearless manner. He kept slapping his belly and heart, reminding us that life force is primarily a feeling in the body, not a thought in the mind, and that the brain needs to be fed with life force in order to activate total consciousness. He also recommended that we only ever speak about what we have realised to be true, that which is “of” us, and as a result we would all be a lot more silent with each other!
